the biggest size I know is 12" (300mm), I'm not sure kung may mas malaki pa dun.

Yes, you can use glass blocks as exterior wall panel but you have to consider code limitations. the maximum area allowed, supported on four sides, i believe is only 12SQM. pls correct me if i'm wrong...

puede rin mas malaki pa ang area, basta structurally supported say may mga metal na maghohold sa mga glassblocks. i remember one of my project in tagaytay - ginawa kong skylight ang glass blocks on the roof itself. naka-frame sya ng metal bawat blocks.
