Pangarap kong bahay

Mga master share k lng s inyo dream house ko in future pero bka hanggang pangarap lng to. Komento po mula s inyo ay mluwag
kung tatanggapin pra mpaganda p lalo ang gawa ko...Rendering and Design...S San fernando city of Pampanga po site nito.
Avida po pero s tingin ko di papasa s municipality s design requirements...modify k n lng...hope u like it........

una sa lahat ang linis ng rendering. Bago ang comment ay nais ko munang i-qoute tong sinabi mo: "Komento po mula s inyo ay mluwag
kung tatanggapin pra mpaganda p lalo ang gawa ko"

At eto ang komento ko:

Ano ba yung tatlong slab na magkakapatong dun sa taas? may room ba in between niyan, kasi kung wala, mas mabuti pang tanggalin na lang yan. bukod sa nagiging mabigat tingnan ang part na yan ng building, ay walang silbi ang feature na yan. Dagdag pa sa gastos. Pwede mo siyang palitan ng ibang type ng accent....yung mas magaan and at the same time ay useful din sa structure.

Pati na rin yung overhang na nasa pagitan ng garahe at ng entrance, paki tweak din siya, parang weird lang ang pagkakalagay sa kanya.

check scale ng car sa 1st image, parang malaki yata.

Sa rendering, ayos na ayos, super linis at ok din ang composition.

Thanks s pagdaan bro..Well nilabas k lng ang laro ng imahinasyon ko s isip and I dont want to trap my mind when it comes to Design. Ito ung una sketch n lumabas s isip ko at wla po ako mgagawa kung ito tlga ang result.Ganito tlga ako mag design sir eh...Heres my recipe of Design Floating walls,Mighty Cantilevers,play with volumes,Interlacing Glass,Simplicity of colors,shadows and play of lighting...well up to now the battle of Design and Practicallity is still thre panahon pa ni Le corbusier and Frank lloyd nandyan n yan...I understand po...I go with unique and originality of my design..Thanks aniwe mtagal p nmn to eh..Im sure mdami pang option...slamts din s suggestion try k rin i revise bka may mganda p

---design is over the top; lots of unnecessary elements, a bit of streamlining would do nicely...
---foreground entourage is cluttered, no cohesion whatsoever...
---no sidewalks?...
---road too narrow?...

nice play with forms bro. I just don't like the idea that "wala ka ng magawa on what you first thought of." It's not a good attitude for designers like us. always improve and innovate, rethinking doesn't ruin the originality of the work. it produces a masterpiece.

try mo din pala add ng vraydirt ung white bro. para litaw ang edges kahit maliwanag. Overall its a good job. lalo na ung second image. Keep it up bro!

regarding naman po sa design requirements para sa municipality ng SFP, cguru main issues lang naman is setbacks,,pero i can see no problem naman with your design kaya im sure approve ito

Slmat po s commnts sir...Di p kc kompleteo ang Floor plan nito up to now pinag iisipan k p Entrance nito...Hehehe tingo k n nga nkita m p hehehe...Tma din po kyo Fake balcony or Planters po yan s harap...Kc bro may motif kc ang Avida eh kya iniisip ko may signature design sila....slamt hah s susunod po....
