Post by bokkins on Sun Feb 08, 2009 5:17 am

Hi guys, share ko lang tong very simple technique on how to achieve a frosted glass materials. actually, you can use it to any glass material settings you have. lagyan mo lang ng bump para madiffuse or mgblur ang material. Here's how I did mine. Smile

You will need 2 geometries for this. 1 box and 1 plane. Yung box mo ay magiging glass mo, while yung plane mo ang magiging translucent film mo na may number 15 at outline. Sa glass, just use any glass material you desire. Sa film naman, you will need an opacity map. use black sa number 15 (meaning mawawala ang bitmap pag black) and gray sa background para semi transparent or translucent ang lalabas, white will make it opaque. Finished. Smile
