Laptop specs opinions

Hello CGPinoys,

Need your opinion on the specs below, performance and price.
If you can suggest somewhere else to buy this cheaper please do so.
This is a secondary rig, already have a desktop amd athlon II X4
Will be used for 3d max modeling, test renders, post-production.
Will not be using be using this for long hi-res rendering unless this can
render a 4000x4000 image in 3 hours

Another desktop would be better but might leave the country in a year
so sayang naman di ko mabitbit ang dalawang desktop
