Bakit HRD? Human Resource Development?

Maybe you where trying to say HDR - high dynamic range

Sa photoshop here's I do and simple:

1. Sa photoshop menu, click mo (image)(adjustment)
2. Select brightness/contrast +0/+100
3. Sa photoshop menu, click mo (image)(adjustment)
4. Selective Color - Adjust C.M.Y.K to + that you desire
a) if you have red color sa photograph taasan mo Red&Magenta&Yellow
b) if may green color ka like grass taasan mo Yellow&Cyan&Green
c) If my blue color ka like sky color, taasan mo Cyan&Blues or little red
d) Pag portrait naman increase black para sa hair and background mukhang sharp at hindi under expose.
6. Use your imagination and memorize all the selective color

If you need other tools use Adobe Lightroom the best for enhancing photograph. You can find tutorial sa youtube, just search it nalang.
