Keen eyes, di ko na nilagyan hinges. Thanks

Okey lang yan Sir may enough space pa. I would rather do it swing inside, mas marami factors i-consider if swing outside.

Thanks.

Door stopper will easily solve this dude mico.
Swing out is not advisable.

The plan does'nt resemble with the 3d especially left wing portion,,the door on 3d not present in plan, the wall corners. CMIIW.but output in reality.

Indeed.
The plan is a draft as I mentioned earlier. The client decided (during the process of doing the 3D) to close the lanai that's why it comes out as that.

Thanks for pointing that out.

Love the design at ganda ng mode sa render master kurdaps mapa interior at mapa exterior panalo lagi.. kulang nalang ng foilage sa likod, yon plan master suggest lang po kung pwdi gamitin ang area ng dirty kitchen as part ng kitchen para lumaki area ng dining kung may area pa na pweding malagyan ng laundry at dirty kitchen sayang kc maganda na ang design bahay tapos mejo tight ang dining area, sa stair baka pwdigawing full back intead of u-type meron 3 step pa ang mababawas mas lalaki pa ng 0.75m to .90m bigger ang living area mo. wait ako sa interior nito for sure panalo nanaman master..

Regarding dirty kitchen, they want to keep it open and I'm having a hard time adjusting the kitchen + the dining resulting to adjustment to the staircase as well. I have avoided to have a full back stair because it will increase the 'span'. If you see on the lower level, I have a small distance from the wall to the first step on the upper floor naman there is the door on the first room that need to have a space thus I came out with that solution over-all. Anway, salamat sa pointers.

For the Interior shoots, I don't think gawin ko pa(extra cost..the client has a limited budget).

Thanks. Very Happy
