Aerial 3D Rendering

Post by Critique1407 on Tue Apr 09, 2013 2:56 am

Good day CG Pinoy. I would like to ask kung papaano po ba kung ang irerender mo is Aerial or malaking site development with a good render quality? Ano ang mga cinoconsider para hindi mahirapan magrender and maghang ang PC. Other than Proxies. Pashare naman ng mga tips pag malaking aerial ang gagawin. or Process niyo pag gumagawa kayo ng malaking render. I would like to propose something for our city and siguradong dale ako sa mga treesm objects and grass na seamless. hehehe

Hoping for your good advice and suggestions.

PC SPECS
Core i7 2500K
EVGA DDR5 512MB
8 Gig RAM

Thank you,

I am sir torvicz. But other than that, i think matatamaan ako sa video card ko kasi 512 MB DDR5 lang kaya kailangan kong magoptimize sa scene.

sa video card ka mamomoblema dyan. saka 8gig is not enough. ang ginagawa ko dati is render by region. tapos madaming touch up sa photoshop.

Baka maka tulong lang
-try mong gumamit ng multi scatter for plants. minsan dinadaya ko combination of 2d plants using photoshop and takpan ng mga clouds and mga ibang portion na hindi importante simpleng daya.
-Bawasan ang mga bumps and reflection.
-tama ka sa video card and 8gb is not enough.
-medyo matagal pag aerial gawin for site dev.
-ang ginagawa ko nalang sa corel 2d site dev but i use images that are in top view like plants and cars.

Try mo to view ( bounding box ) from time to time kung sigurado ka na sa mga composition mo. Good luck bro.

Kahit Core 2 Duo lang yan kailangan mo workflow, try to learn how to composite, seperate render ang trees, houses, buildings, diffuse, speculars, at kung ano ano pa dyan... mostly ginagamit for malayo-an is matte painting ... to save more resources.... just focus on the project unless buong village or city talaga... same pa rin workflow separate passes ..

try to imagine and learn muna .. enjoy po..

Ang magandang gawin mo. kuha ng downpayment sa client since malaki ang project mo. bili ka ng high end na video card. then malakas na ram mga 16 gb .tsaka mo yarihin ang aerial mo.

based on my experience lang din, makakatulong sa speed ng rendering using xrefs,,, ginagawan ko ng group each... like group of buildings, group of trees, group of elements  (cars, people, lightpost), group of grounds...
