House Construction

Post by domar_11 on Mon Apr 22, 2013 8:50 am

Good Day mga sirs, tanong ko lang po kung puede ba yong ginawa ko ang house plan then pinaprocess ko sa isang engineer (License sya) na makakuha ng building permit. Then After I have the building permit, kumuha ako ng tao na gagawa ng construction without the supervision ng Engineer? I mean kukuha na lng ako ng foreman na magaling to supervise the construction and to check everything. Thanks in advance

Paano pag aabutin ng 10 months(which happens all the time pag foreman lang ang gamit mo), 10k per month lang yun. I think reasonable na din. 100k sounds big but it will save you more pag maayos nya ang scheduling and purchasing of materials.

Pag medyo hindi magaling, ibang usapan na yun, He should be worth what he is asking for. Good luck!

Ito icompute natin in theory.

Sa contractor, nasa 30% ang profit more or less.

Pero lahat to theory palang.
