Condo/Commercial

Post by vuer12 on Sat Jun 15, 2013 6:31 pm

Hi! The design was from an interior designer and actual pictures. I recreated this for a leaflet. Thanks in advance!

Thanks! I forgot to say the camera view and angle was proposed and approved by the client to show everything in just one view even it distorts everything. For example, I proposed to have multiple spot perspectives sa studio flat but they refused and instead sent me the plan with the camera location. ID also wants technical presentation so I removed unnecessary accessories. Ayaw din nya ng super organic or gulo gulo, with blankets, wrinkled bed sheets etc. pero nakakakita ako sa ibang visualizations din kasi noon like kay Peter at Bertrand akala ko pwede like sa mga magazines and design books. Do you have any idea how to balance technical presentation with photographic shots?  I will  re-render it with new camera views with the removed accessories. I know a little about rule of thirds but most of the time I can't apply it with certain clients. I learned from other artists that they remodify their finished projects before showing it to have personal touch. I think I should have done that first but I'm lazy hahaha!Wink
