Scott Ross - founder of Digital Domain.
Studios bidding for projects at fixed prices. Most top studios are already banckrupt like DD, Rhythm and Hues
Artists working in dark rooms without overtime pay, unhealthy working conditions, etc.
CG schools producing thousands of cg artists every year then working for very low salary.
