this is no brainer, you can buy 4 fully-loaded i7 matx setup for if your looking for mobility...

totally agree!! just make sure kung san mo talaga gagamitin yung lappy mo.. imho, if u buy a very high-geared laptop intended for rendering highscale 3ds then u are looking at wrong direction.. first, ang ganitong laptop super duper bulky, heavy and i considered it not portable at all.. so ur highend and so expensive laptop will just be left at home after 2-3months of buying it (na try ko na kase.. lol, and believe me, nakaka dislocate sa shoulders.. hehe).. just buy a laptop as what sir tutik specify, that will be just find, u can use it for midrange renderings just optimized ur settings of course, then use ur extra cash on building up some real rig for a real workstation.. hope it helps...
