hehehehhee... ganun ba sir. meaning puede nila palitan or hindi hehehhe. sa rules kase need na ganun ang format name then competition name, but kung sa judging naman, ala namang points para kunan ng less point ang title. so para pare-pareho sila ng title format, need nila baguhin, pero kung di naman at tinatamad sila or di nila binasa ang rules and reg... ok lang yun. its just a proof na nagbabasa sila ng rules and regs hehehehe PEACE sir ha.. peace man
