FRANK: Texture and Lighting Competition (Space 4 Rent)

Hello peeps! Kudos to the fertile imagination everyone has demonstrated thus far.

I'm not sure if I got the rules right...but from what I understood, this is a texture and lighting competition. Although, I feel like a retard having only to present an empty room, but I don't intend to do interior design either. It's just not what the competition is about...or have I been out of the loop too much? Nevertheless, here is my shot at it.

This is an attempt to light an indoor scene without any direct light getting into the room. The goal was to come up with something close to a photo.

Rendered using Mental Ray 3.6 with some post in After Effect and Photoshop.
CCs are very welcome.

Me, kaso Maya's Mental ray at kaso d ako makaproduce ng ganito kalinis na output. Hirap kasi setup yung lights ng Maya. Check my entry, I used Mental ray with it. Nice clean render BTW
