greetings po sa lahat, share ko lang po , tabi tabi po itong project. advise na lang po sa lahat to be more firm and cautious sa pagtanggap
ng mga gilid... sad to say, di po nabayaran ang 70% nito. better if ang agreement po is per stage of accomplishment ang billing natin sa project. not like 30% DP and balance upon completion..very risky po , especially online lang contact nyo at overseas pa...

Ako rin sir , nahilo nung ginagawa ko to, hehe. Yan kasi yung gusto ng client. as in "walkthrough" talaga defined. hehe.
for marketing kasi, parang tour ng magiging unit owner ,magmula sa main entrance up to roofdeck.
