Creating Cornice with Bevel Profile Modifier

Hi guys, I've prepared a very simple tutorial on how to create cornices for our interiors and exteriors. The process can also be used in creating picture frames, door and window jambs and other elements that use moldings. This is more powerful than your simple extrude modifier. We will be using the bevel profile modifier. Hope you like it.



Before we start. And since we are dealing with profiles, here are some sites that are good references of cornice profiles courtesy of www.google.com:

Good thing about this is that when you edit your cornice profile, the whole thing follows. So you don't have to worry if you miss some details on your cornice. Good luck!

Thanks bro. madaming gamit yan bro. pwede din sa exterior. sa gutter. pati yang frame ng painting ganyan din gamit ko.

Ito bro, I did this one using the same modifier.

sir bokkins salamat po... try ko 2 sa roof gutter... ask lng ako pwd ba ma adjust yung smoothness niya lalo na pag curve path... paano po ba yun?

ask ko din po sir boks paano pag yung design ng cornice may design na naka carving.. sana may tutorial ka din nun.. salamat po..
