Just saw the trailer...

It really wasn't the astroboy we all know from long ago...

the character design interpretation sucks....i was like wtf?! turn it into ala-Disney.

Whoever is a die-hard Astroboy fan will know this...
it's like what Michael Bay did to Transformers...it's like wtf?! Devastator with balls?

Visuals are excellent though....and i guess animation sequences would be good as TMNT...i hope

I agee that the animation looks cool! Imagi knows their stuff so well - I thought they wouldn't release this anymore because of the funding problems long ago.

I'm kind of crossing my fingers for gatchaman - my peers here were sort of disappointed and laughing when we watched because it doesn't look nor feel like its anime original. It's funny when hollywood try to westernize japanese properties - they seem to look like haffu (half) breeds..

If I was rich - I'd have these made by the japanese!

I remember astroboy....when i was a kid perhaps...hahaha....only watched a few episode, we never had cable yet, and we only had a single television station during those days....
