Competition #3: Bahay Kubo of the Future Design Competition

Objective of the Competition:
1. To promote camaraderie among cgpinoy members.
2. To promote awareness of the Philippine Bahay Kubo.
3. To promote the use of Green Architecture Technologies and Innovations.
4. To share ideas on the future of housing design.
5. To enhance one's skill as a cg artist.
6. And to have fun!

Rules and Regulations of the Competition:
1. The Competition is open to all CG|Pinoy members.
2. Forum rules still apply.
3. Create a concept design of a Bahay Kubo of the Future.
4. The bahay kubo could be of any size and of any material.
5. Incorporation of Green Architecture Technology and Innovations are encourage. (Reuse, Reduce and Recycle)
6. Optimize your images to 800 pixels wide. Images higher than 800px shall be provided in a link.
7. You may post any number of entries. The more entries, the more chances of winning
8. You may use any 2d or 3d softwares.
9. The contest will end on June 15, 2009.
10. A group of jury will select the winners.
11. 3 winners will be chosen as our Grand Prize, 1st Runner Up, and 2nd Runner Up winners.
12. A wip or sketches and concepts in words shall be provided.
13. Prizes are as follows:
First Prize - Sony Cybershot (model to be announced)
2nd Prize - The New Ipod Shuffle
3rd Prize - Desktop Printer (brand to be announced)

sa next major competition nalang bro. yung mga tipong 2 months running. short period lang kasi to. thanks sa suggestion.

Tama, concepts takes a lot of time... so kung me deadline man, tipong mga 2 weeks before para naman sa mga me trabaho o busy, pwede pa ring sumali...

not necessarily, a bahay kubo adaptation could take any shape. despite its kubo(cube) name origin. The contest will try to redefine the concept of a bahay kubo.
