ArteDesenyo: Bahay kubo of the future design competition (bahay QUOBO 2050)

Design Concept -
Bahay kubo of the future should be high rise, lack of available land and big population growth will be an age of high rise buildings which are sustainable and can accomodate planting, sunlighting at any floor. self sustaining intelligent structure with natural landscapes at every floor. each unit will have a green house to produce vegetation.

A high rise is a good idea, I hope the accommodation is sustainable enough on each unit...

Wow....a high rise bahay kubo!!! That's a great idea! So each of the unit will be made up of cogon grass, bamboo, nipa, etc. All highly combustible material. Just make sure that all units on the upper floors will be equipped with a parachute in case of fire. That's really brilliant!

great idea... imagine ko lang kung buildable ung mga material for that kind of structure such as high rise.... hmmm... syempre may mga factors yan na consider... e.g. lightning, weather and ung strength ng materials... anyways goodluck sir... majustify mo sana ng maganda ung concept mo... exiting a!

required ba yung cogon, bamboo at grass sa material, kasi hindi yan gamit ko,
ang essential kasi sa bahay kubo is malamig sya pag tag init maiinit sya pag taglamig, at saka meron pang singakamas at talong, at kung ano ano pa.
nung nag evolve na sa bahay na bato naging mainit pag tag init, at lalong lumamig pag tag lamig. dito sa scheme na to sa pagamit ng concreto at bakal magiging malamig pag tag init at mainit pag tag lamig at saka meron pang talabos mustasa. di na kakailangan ng airconditioning. kaya masarap matulog sa bahay kubo. malamang dito din.

Not necessary bro na cogon or bamboo ang material mo as long as cross ventilation is there and which is Bahay kubo has,
Kasi sabi sa rules and regulation Any size Any Material so pwede po.Maganda to sa Urban Planning Vertical city...Pero this could be a Government Projects Im sure kung ako mayaman mas gusto ko tumira sa may aircon so possible target ng dwelling area mo is Mahihirap ang advantage nito para sa over populated areas.
