CONTEST MECHANICS:
 Contest is open to all designers,hobbyists, artists or group of artists worldwide.
 There is no limit of entries per participating groups/individuals.
 One Official Contact person per group/team.
 Entries maybe submitted via email.
 Contestants should assure that MCX Motor (Phils.), Inc. will not be engaged
in any legal action arising out of the submission of the contestant of a registered design.
 Winning entries ( Grand winner and Web vote winner ) shall automatically be
declared as an absolute property of MCX Phils right thereafter the conclusion of the
contest.
 All employees of MCX Motor (Phils.), Inc. including their relatives up to the second
degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this contest.
 All entries must be submitted not later than July 10, 2009



DESIGN OWNERSHIP:
 All non-winning entries still remain property of the contestant
 If any of the non-winning entries will be used for production, duplication, media
advertising, or any means which will benefit MCX Motor Phils.. The participant(s) have
all the rights to be compensated, rewarded, or acknowledged, equivalent to his / her
design contributed for MCX?s benefits.
 The above mentioned terms and conditions govern this Contest. However, these
terms and conditions are not exhaustive and MCX Motor Phils. reserves the right to
delete, vary or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time
at its sole and absolute discretion.
 The Participants are deemed to have agreed to and be bound by these terms
and conditions by participating in this contest

GROUNDS FOR DISQUALIFICATION:
 Designs is proven tampered and registered
 Designs is not the original concept of the participants
 Design is an improved one from an existing design not
owned by the participant
 Misrepresentation
 Plagiarism



DESIGN PARAMETERS:
?Free-Hand, 2D Design and 3D Design ?Free for All?
a) Design must be accompanied with the following specifications:
- Color, finish and decal details
- Background color is White
- Detailed description and technology highlights
- A description of your entry (not more than 1000 words)
- Name, Address, Age and Contact no.
- Entries must be send to contest@mcxmotor.com
b) Colored designs may be created using any software editing tool.
c) Designs should be presented in the following views: front, rear, left
and right side, top, perspective shots and bottom view
d) Entries must be in JPEG,TIF or PNG Format with the size of 600
x 800 with 300 resolution (per view)


ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER
*The top 10 Finalist will be announced on July 15, 2009
*The start of the web votes of 10 finalist will be July 15 up to July 30, 2009
*The grand winner and the Web voters choice winner will be announced on August 10, 2009 through our website and other notification method.
