Suggestions and Concerns

I am making this thread para matapos na ang mga gulo sa site. i will be watching this kaya sabihin nyo lang ang mga gusto nyong mangyari. lalo na tong mga OT recently. what really is our goal for this. i believe we can not just do open forums on every thread kasi di nyo nacocontrol sarili nyo. dito nyo nalang ilabas. mag-away na ang mag-away. penalty (ban for 3 days dun sa mga malicious)

its been months since i last visited this section, eto lang and eto pa rin and concern ko with same old rants.. we always avide common forum and blogs etiquettes, because some just don't care about cgp rules and regulations.

1. text speak and sticky keys = para sa mga addict sa cellphone and capslock, please, stop using text speak sa public forum and mods be strict with this.. masakit magbasa ng kulang sa letra and medyo naging sakit na ng cgpinoy, though lahat naman tayo dito mga professional, sa totoo lang this is the only forum where i can see text speaks and can get away without a violation from the mods.

2. redundant and repetitive topics = hope we learn to use search tab and navigate the forum, its been there for ages and its seems no one care to use it, with topic with same genre (boxing, politics, joke, show me nonsense.. etc..) we have countless pacquaio and movie threads, hope moderators unified/merge this threads. we need to be vigilant about this because some decent thread is overcome by the crappy threads, helps to lessen some thread pages too.

3. half-bake artworks = for members, im just encouraging some members to post only 100% effort of your works, so we can justify and benchmark if it's worth to be rate. and so we can give 100% remarks and sugar coating to your artworks. maybe by this we will elevate our site just like some other foreign cgsite, quality over quantity.. challenge na din to for some members to show their best.

4. please do not "quote" image files or use "quote" wisely = for members, it will give additional burden to the file server and its can help some members with slow internet connection to browse the forum with ease.. minsan napapansin ko mag-quote ng pagkadami-daming images tapos magcocoment lng ng thumbsign or smiley and so we can save some thread pages too.

pm na lang for violent reaction, na miss ko na din yun kasi.. joke :p

as for no. 1 - oo nga madaming ganito dito, minsan the whole thread puro text speak na lang. minsan ang hilig pang gumamit ng sariling native dialect nila. kapag alam kung naka 2-3 advice na ako not to use them o, inila-lock ko na lang without any warnings.

as for no. 2 - eto minsan ang hirap mag-justify. tamad kase magsearch and magbasa ang marami. sasabihin nila di nila nakita or whatever. kahit nga simpleng item lang dinadala pa sa help line though puede namang i-search sa internet. it seems we have diffirent search engine than them

i agree with this - why not do it like evermotion whereby a new thread is sent to a moderator for review and approval first before it is posted? i guess that is why sites like evermotion always feature good output and the quality is consistent. not to undermine newbies but some threads are better posted in the WIP section even if the renders are complete.

Suggestion ko po mga sirs,is PM kung may makita po tayo,na lumalabag sa mga rules,and at that point pwede natin sila mapayuhan at masabihan,pero depende pa rin po talaga sa member,kung gustong sundin iyon o hindi,pag ayaw talaga sumunod sa mga rules dito,banned niyo na lang po ung CGP account niya,anyway suggestion ko lang po naman,kasi madami na rin po mga bagong members dito and im one of them at dadami at dadami pa po tayo dito in the future,salamat po sa thread na ito sir bokkins,sana makita at mabasa ng lahat ng mga member ang ginagawa ng admin at mods na effort para mapaganda pa lalo ang CGP

agree din ako dito. mahirap magbigay ng comment sa mga ibang threads kasi me mga excuses na agad, otherwise sa WIP section na lang nga dapat na i post.

agree ako sa mga suggestion dito ang tanung lang e kung makakaya pa ba ni sir bokkins at mga mods ang mga suggestion na ganito or i-view lahat ng mga nag post just to check kung pwede ba sya post or what? alam ko kaya naman e kung wala silang ibang trabaho...

suggest & concern ko lang sana maging professional tayo magcomment or critic kasi madami nagbabasa ng site dito.

--- If you're going to ask me to comment or crit in a professional manner the threadstarter should post professionally first. Otherwise sasabayan ko lang din yan sa ka-engotan nya. Madami nga nagbabasa dito; pag nakita nila na jologs ang mga nagpopost ng works edi ano tingin nila sa site? I need not enumerate but it has gotten to the point where i feel so exasperated reading some of those inane threads; so much so that I feel that i have to jolt these dolts into realizing what they're doing...
But then again, personal ko lang po yan. You do something stupid, I'll let you know you did it... In more ways than one...

Mods napansin ko lang po, may na lock na na thread sa arki section, kay Master Darkirender if I'm not mistaken; while I fully support the new teeth CGP is wearing presently, might I suggest na bigyan din po natin ng reason kung bakit na lock ang thread nila to avoid shouts of indignation so to speak. No offense kay Master Pabico pero medyo vague or too generalized yung pagkakabigay niya ng reason kung bakit na lock ang thread; although the swiftness of his action to lock it will now warn other members from going against the rules. Nice one...

ahh iyon ba. di ko kase maintidihan kung anong dialect ginamit sa may last portion. normally i lock it temporarily until mag pm na iyong thread starter saka ko open ulit. inilagay ko na lang forum rules applied para maging aware din sila na basahin naman nila ang forum rules wag yong basta na lang iintrada ng ibang linguahe.... tapus sasabihin newbie or hindi nabasa. its a member responsibilities to read the rules...minsan kase warning- eh parang useless to give warning. di na rin minsan namomonitor ang warning system. with these siguro magiging aware na sila.

and once na mag pm ang member, malalaman mo kung pang-ilang beses na nya ginawa ang bagay na iyon, with that puede mo na syang isuspend for the meantime....

ok since namention dito ang thread ko e then i rather speak up his time.as you can see even before i joined cgpinoy or shall i say started posting my works i see alot of thread titles, thread comments which i my self doesnt understand because they use thier native dialect. and i saw that most of this arent warned or locked so to speak w/o warning. i can name threads having native dialects used but i dont want thier threads to be locked w/o warning as to what happened to mine. and in fact their thread is there for several months now but no warning from the moderators has ever been given and no thread locking also. if youll gonna examine my post there was a very minimal use of my dialect . that was 'diyos ti agngina"(praise god). siningit ko lang its not pure ilocano. same with arki lynx of which perhaps render mater is refering to ("di ko kase maintidihan kung anong dialect [b]ginamit sa may last portion".) [/b]. ok lets say i violated the rules im sorry. but my concern is if you guys really want to strictly impose the rules it should apply to everybody!, no partiality whether youre from the north or south, newbie or pro, old or young para yung mga baguhan e susunod sa rules. e kung may baguhan nabasa nya rules na bawal ang dailects tapos mababasa nya sa mga thread iba iba dialect for sure he will do the same later on.so right at the moment you read the use of dialect give them a warning, remind the rules. lets be professional. impose the rules to everybody no partiality. now if you dont mind, basing from what happened to me/my thread, pag may nabasa ako na gunagamit ng native dialect w/o translation at wala nakakapansin, ako na mismo sisita/warning. or lets make it as a role of everybody to make sure rules are strickly followed by heart.

@Darkirender-Ei bro..I just want to tell you na what happen to your thread was a coincedence.Nothing personal or youre from north or south,newbie or pro, old or young. Maaaring nagkataon lng na yung thread mo yung napansin ni sir rendermaster.We are trying to check everyones post or thread as much as we can but you have to understand that we also have our personal responsibilities,hindi lang dito sa site. Please dont expect too much from us na machcheck namin lahat right away. We fully understand your concern and your disappointment and i want to ask you to please bare with us as well,pasensya na. We appreciate if you can help us remind the other members,walang problema yun as long as you remind them politely. ok bro.

@ darkirender - may mga thread nga na medyo na oversee namin, lately parang dumarami na naman and nagiging at ease na ang mga member. kaya yun nagimposed ako. it so happen thread mo iyong nakita ko. and for sure iyong iba na gagawa noon well get the same. just dont do it again para naman di magmukhang kayo lang ang nasa forum.....

and isa pa, ni - lock ko lang naman yon for some couple of days just to bring attention, minsan kase kapag warning lang useless. parang dumaan sa left ear side then labas sa kabila deadma ika nga..
