i will just translate it

1. click m on the diffuse slot


2. select fresnel and be sure to click invert


3. type fresnel IOR

second is applying bitmap on fresnel

1. same as step 1 above
2. under map type select fresnel


3. this time under refract color click the small "m" as shown


4. click bitmap


5. now on this bitmap layer.. load the bitmap by pressing again the small m as shown


6. select mapping object xyz


7. lastly adjust your bitmap scale...

sandali hindi ko tutorial to ha.. galing ito sa isang nangangalang "cold" sa isang vietnamese website.

btw with the new vray alam ko may bagong material "falloff map"

@zdesign... fresnel is one type of falloff .. the more parallel the view to the observer the greater the reflection. more perpendicular less.. sa falloff map the same verticular-perpendicular principle.
