Architectural Facelift

Hi guys, just wanted to share my latest. It's a proposal for an architectural facelift. It's a renovation project hopefully, papalitan ang look ng bahay.

Just wanted to share this kasi bagong experience ito for me. I did this totally in photoshop. Here is the link of the tutorial on the process of how I did this, hope you'll like it.

hhmmm....mas lalong gumanda bro...gusto ko yung themes na ginamit mo...tanong ko lang sa fence hindi ba madaling akyatin yan ng magnanakaw?? security wise na rin di ba??...overall OK na OK 2thumbsup

Hahaha...ayos to bro mabilis at presentable pa rin sa client ang deskarte mo....

suggestion ko lang kunting kunti na dirt na lang sa wall para mukhang di halata siya at di ba pwede lagyan ng balcony dun
sa isang door sa right kahit na Fake lang or grille works?.... msyado na siyang simple eh....pero ok pa rin naman

thanks bro. based sa original fence, same lang ang height ng bagong fence. actually ung harap nitong bahay na to ay walang fence. nasa loob kasi to ng exclusive village. maganda naman ang security nya. Very Happy

Thanks mga bro. di ko pa to unang pirma, wala pa kong selyo. haha. at sa august 30 pa ang induction.

Maganda nga gamitin ang photoshop, dati ko na ngagamit sa 3d. pro ito palang ang full photoshop ko na gawa. nakakatuwa din. thanks ulit mga bro. 2thumbsup

nice boks dig ko ung clean lines. mejo sablay lang ang sukat ng gate frames (di sila consistent) pero for a pshop work this beats having to model camera match and render \m/
