Re: "Modern Houses on Slope"
As I can see here:
-mapping issues on wood shaders
-image is a bit saturated
-tweak on the entourage, specially the plants sa may garage, make them randomly scaled and rotated....
Good work...

Re: "Modern Houses on Slope"
I will let the others comment on the other aspects but here's one thing that most of the people here miss:
The car looks more expensive than the house we all need to focus on.
Staging. This is very important. If you aren't able to match the elements in your image - you will not be able to make your audience believe in what they see. The mind will automatically dispose off the illussion because one element does not sit well with the other. In the same way that if I have a palasyo somewhere in Forbes and all I have in the front parking is a traysikel or padyak.
If I would have money to buy an expensive porsche, I would make sure that I am rich enough to have a grand looking house and a garage to go with it.
So if I am going to stick to a house design like the one above - I would probably make my audince focus on to it by showing the good life in it's real sense. I would probably park a car that does not take so much attention than it actually deserves.
Not a traysikel. Not a Porsche. Just a car.

Re: "Modern Houses on Slope"
Agree with sir vertex comments... to add give attention to materials you used... color, texture, mapping etc...
But it's a good effort
