hi po .. hope maka help .. ito po yung ginawa kung tutorial para sa gustong mag glow ang kanila vraylight with glare or kahit anong lens effects .

first and foremost this can also the done with regular max lights.
The only caveat of this feature in MaX is that - since they are post-render effects, they cannot be seen by the raytracers. You cannot see them beyond reflections or refractions.
While this can be used to apply simple glows on objects, I would still suggest doing it in compositing or using the blur effect (applied on luminance) if the purpose is realism.

This is in no way a response to anyone. I just forgot to explain what the "caveats" might mean in your future renderings:
Since post-render (meaning: 2D effects that were added by max after the rendering is done) effects are basically 2D and non existent in the scene, it won't appear in the reflections.
So if you have a light with post render effect GLOW, the lights will glow in the render but their reflections in the floor or in any reflective surface will not appear.
