February 13, 2010 Deadline to dispatch answers to questions
March 27, 2010 Deadline for submission of entries

This is one of the most ridiculous rule:

Registration Fee Shall be One Hundred US Dollars ($100) per entry.


They want your designs but they bill you to share your designs? Wow!
