guys final project po namin sa HOUSING...share ko lang po ang proposal namin...
total project cost = 70K
total lot area = 32 sq.m

+ 5,000 for the labor..

I agree, but I think you could do better, any construction worker na walang formal education could do this. And soon you will call yourself an architect, yet you come up with this "good idea". Isip pa ng konti. consider mo na din na ampaw lang tong mga hollow blocks. paunti unting mapupulbos yan. Should protect it somehow. or find alternative materials. something that's check to reproduce.
Mga ganitong project dapat nagbibigay ng pagkakataon makapagimbento, innovate. Sa unang tingin palang, this is the easiest way out. para maipass lang. Don't be safe, be creative.
Wag mo sana masamain ito bro. But rather think about it. Good luck.

May wall partitions ba ito? kung meron, pwede siguro hindi na concrete yung partition, para magamit sa plastering, tapos, single wall na plywood partition na muna, yung nakatira na bahala mag improve, IMHO.
May sinubukan kami dati, gumawa kami ng plyboard na forms, tapos buhos yung walling, pero, mas manipis sa .15 yung wall thickness, mas mura, kasi sa hollow blocks, aside from that, gagamit ka pa ng cement para sa filler..may nakita din akong mga low cost housing sa laguna, na hindi hollow blocks yung walling nila.
Pero, with that limited budget, medyo mahirap ngang makagawa ng maganda solution sa ganitong problem sa design.
Good luck...
