what would you do?

Post by novice on Fri Nov 07, 2008 7:57 pm

ask ko lang po mga bossing at mam, pano gagawin nyo pag di parin nagbayad ung client ng more than 3months, dahil ang reason hindi daw natuloy yung project. pero sabi naman nya e magbabayad siya, pero ang tanong di ko alam hangang kelan. do i need to wait for that payment? or thank you nalang? hahaha. Laughing salamat po!

Antay ka lang, keep constant communication with the client. Dati mo na basiyang client bro? Pag old client, madalas babayad talaga eh.

pilitin mo parin bro. ask for little money kahit 50%. pinaghirapan mo yan. kahit hayaan mo na sya after. hindi maganda ang ganyang practice na thank you nalang. walang professionalism. hindi dapat reason ang hindi natuloy ang project. kasi kung hindi ka ngsubmit, matutuwa kaya sya sayo?

bro since client didn't pay nor gave a 50% dpayment... at may plano pa cyang ganyan na indi magbbayad eh... BAD KARMA will come along the way... nangyari na sa akin ang ganyang instances na indi ako binayaran into my services or nadedelay dhil indi daw natuloy ang project... and still needs to pay you in full services. indi mo na scope your client's client basta nagkarun kayo ng verbal aggrement lalo kung may black-and-white written agreement.... and now it's a P.D. (presidential degree) order, na pwede syang makulong even if only verbal agreement basta may stand witness ka... but right now, diplomacy must still up for you... para makasingil at explain mo sa kanya ang situation mo na bayaran ka.... kapag indi mo mapakiusapan even 50% nalang ang sinisingil mo at ayaw pa rin... mark his head and try to communicate with your fellow friend not to accept nor negotiate any projects from that client name it in BOLD LETTERS.... para ma-BLACKLISTED ciya as indi MARUNONG MAGBAYAD.. Ganyan, kami sa production... kasi kung ikaw naman ang indi naka-deliver ng work eh ikaw naman ang sisirain nila especially sa agencies at mga productions.... kaya ingat kami maigi on time and quality...

Hope it helps you some insights...

@novice

tapos before turn-over, singil ulit ng 50%...
no final payment = no final artwork
