Armenia Shopping and Lifestyle Center

Background of the Project:
The project is located in Yerevan, Armenia (Eastern Europe?). The whole development is composed of the Mall, 2 residential towers, office and hotel. The mall is approximately 80,000 sqm of Floor Area. It has 4 Levels of Commercial area and 3 levels of basement parking. All the parameters where based in proportion to the plot area and are based on the studies made in the said location.

Design Concept:
Although the team designers were not totally fixed to a certain concept, a lot of ideas were brought out pertaining to the culture and lifestyle of Armenian inside and outside of the country. As the 3D designer in charge of the exterior, I consolidated all the ideas and tried to reflect what my boss envisions. The Architectural Design of the Mall carries different elements which are evident in the Armenian Architecture.

My aim here is to simplify the forms of the old Armenian design but still following the right proportion of the elements while also using the materials the are abundant around the country.

This one is already my 2nd cut in the project.

Used 3ds max 7 + Vray 1.46 + Photoshop CS3

So here it is. A lot of work still needed to be done.


This is the first one. Didn't care much on the details.


Then the progress. A lot where redesigned to meet the budget.

Thanks. Ganyan turo sakin ng mga mentor kaya practice lang ako. It is closer to the real architectural presentation than the marketing type and mas efficient kasi ung workflow pag ganito IMHO.

thanx. i think kulang pa sa entourage esp sa plaza area. need to put some pips para magmukhang festive. The road also needs some details like the center line and some lamp post. guys you advice will help a lot.
