Beeping CPU overheat while rendering in 3dsmax

Please help naman kasi nag re render ako ng 3d animation text animation mga 50frames lang naman

with lightings ung sa

after few seconds ng pag rerender tumaas ung temp ng pc ko upto 80-90 from 40c

windows 7 and 3dsmax 2010 gamit ko.

baka may tips kayo sa pag rerender sa 3d studio max sumasagad kasi ung CPU usage ko pag ni rerender ko to as "VIDEO" .AVI
