Maya Keyboard shortcuts
Mga maya user dyan share naman po ng knowledge about maya keyboard shortcuts and its function. For example...
1. F = zoom the selected object in current viewport
2. view>frame all zoom all objects in current viewport
3. view> look point the camera at the selected at selection object but don’t move the camera
4. W = move
5. E = rotate
6. R = scale
7. alt + LMB = move around the object
8. alt + MMB = pan the viewport
9. alt + RMB = zoom in/out (also scroll MMB)
10. backspace = minimize/maximize current viewport
11. Z = undo actions/changes
12. shift + Z = redo actions/changes but cannot redo after saving
13. F11 = sub-object FACE selection
14. object selected + RMB = to see the sub-object selection mode
15. hit "4" = wireframe mode
16. hit "5" = shaded mode

23. + = increase manipulator size
24. - = decrease manipulator size
25. hold SPACEBAR = hotbox
26. hold W = move tool hotbox

31. ctrl + shift +D = duplicate special
32. hold H = menu set hotbox
33. hold B + MMB drag = increase/decrease brush size (e.g. paint selection mode, sculpt geometry tool mode)

35. X = snap to grid
36. C = snap to curve
37. V = snap to point
38. 1 = 1st level of smoothness for NURBS, SUBDIVS and low-poly preview POLYS (Maya 2008 and later version)
39. 2 = 2nd level of smoothness for NURBS, SUBDIVS and wireframe + smooth + low-poly preview of POLYS (Maya 2008 and later version)
40. 3 = 3rd level of smoothness for NURBS, SUBDIVS and wireframe + smooth preview of POLYS (Maya 2008 and later version)
41. hold K + LMB or MMB = change time/frame number in slider
42. ctrl A = attribute editor
43. G = repeat previous tool used
44. ctrl H = hide selected object/s
45. ctrl + shift + H = unhide latest hidden on object/s
46. shift + H = show selected (in Outliner) object/s
47. Q = selection mode
48. A = frame all objects in viewport
EDIT number 10.
backspace = functions as delete key
tap SPACEBAR = minimize/maximize current viewport
These hotkeys are standard in Maya. To override the hotkeys go to Settings/Preferences>Hotkey Editor.

If a polygonal surface is selected: Modify > Convert > Polygons to Subdiv

D = Move the pivot, Select object first then click to the pivot, press D and move it to the place that you want.
8 = Paint effect
F1 = Help
ctrl+alt+shift = to select any shortcut that you want to the CUSTOM on status line
