space requirements po sa resort hotel???

hello po sir's and ma'ams,,,,, pwede po ba patulong sa mga spaces needed sa isang resort hotel, near beach po siya and about 400 to 500 sq.mts.... ano po ba usual lists of spaces na need po? and what po mga design considerations, materials and etc. nagpaparush po yung ngpapagawa, need ko po matapos by tomorrow,,,,thaks po......

first is you must know what amenities you like to consider and how many units(rooms) to have.what size and classifications(from ordinary to deluxe type room) definitely swimming pool is essential. you can also put other amenities like spa, game room, gym indoor garden etc. hmmmmm... let me start with a guest lobby.. incorporating a restaurant would be good. grand ball room would be nice as well. of course locate this on lower level of your hotel. don't forget to put ample parking area(basement or outdoor). service dock/service area. and don't forget to consider fire safety. this is the most common mistake of others especially on buildings e. this is all for now. lets wait for the other to give comments on this...

sa palagay ko ang 400 - 500 sq. mts parang maliit na hotel lang yan,,,so i guess yung mga suggestions ni sir tsukoy hindi na pwedeng ilagay,,,

try browsing for hotels in boracay pala,,,makikita mo sa site nila mga amenities and types of room nila with pictures pa yun,,,

sir whey,,, considering the space hindi nga po maaacomodate lahat mga spaces na yun,,, maybe yung mga most important ang mga dapat ilagay. hintay pa po tayo sa mga comments, baka may idea po yung iba... gusto pa po pala ng nagpapagawa e meron din po siya residential house... and up to two - storeys lang po ang project..thanks po sir,,,

maliit masyado lot mo sir. landscape at parking at driveway lang yan baka kulang pa.

what if let's see what you have in mind first. para dagdag bawas nalang tayo.

basically ito ang mga spaces na naiisip ko:
1. Lobby
2. Resto
3. Reception
4. Pool
5. Cottages
6. Bedrooms (standard, family, suite, etc)
7. Toilet and Shower
8. Shops

Same with tsukoy, isa isahin mo then lagyan mo ng sizes based on your requirements.

standing person is 1sqm
seating is 2sqm
lying is 2-4sqm
smallest bedroom is 2x3

follow mo lang ung given requirements ni sir bokkin,daig pa sa thesis itong ginagawa mo kung ganun ka rush...i think di vinavalue ng ngpapagawa ung proj na ito.resort hotel pa ang pinaparush nya...ok lang sya?di naman waiting shed ung pinagagawa nya,a whole day for conceptualizing pa lang mauubos mo dito.matagal na ba sayo ito pinagawa?quality works need quality time...good luck sa proj mo!

sir mas maganda siguro i-research mo sa Neufert Architects Data, sir bokkins' suggestion is good, consider his idea since your lot is small otherwise consult it at Neufert, marami yan sa bookstore, don't make it rush study it carefully

sir, yan po kase lot ng may ari, all i have to do is maximize the use of it,,, wala na po me magawa dyan,, tnx po..

naku sir, kagabi lang binigay ito,,, sabi ko nga po sa kanya baka wala na ko maisip na design dito, dahil conceptualization pa nga lang e kulang na ang time, la pa research time dun.... kailangan ko nga ang good luck mo sir,,, wala na siguro tulugan ito... bukas na ng lunch time to eh,,, hay,,, naku....
