Vray for Sketchup Q&A

Q: My renders are a bit grainy. what am i doing wrong?

ok.. two years na yata yun bro.

not really sure about it pero alam ko depende sa zoom yata at scale ng object, kapain mo na lang muna. or go to asgvis.com at punta ka sa therad na post your simple render. alam ko may explanation dun yung ibang member sa hdri.

sir nomer eto na pinalitan ko na nga ng version ang vray ko 1.49.84 na version na sya di pa rin ba pwede rito edit ang light intensity as components try ko di pa rin daw e.

i think i missed one step.

select both omni/rect lights and the receptacle then make them into components. you can copy now this component and put it wherever you want. if you want to adjust the light inside the component you will see that what you apply on this light will be applied to the rest.

okey sir nadali ko na,nagawa ko na sir.salamat sir ng madami ha,master ka talaga sir.

sir nomer,, tanong ko lang po,, bat ganun po pag nagAapply materials ako sa isang object, eh hindi nababago ang kulay nya. means hindi ko nakikita kung naapplyan na ba ung object na un ng meterial.. kaylangan ko pang irender bago ko makita kung material na sya.. tuloy natatagalan ako sa pagaapply ng material kc ang nangyayari "Apply, apply, render , apply apply apply render" panu po bang gagawin ko? tnx in advance master nomer. =)

you can solve this in 2 ways.

1. do not use physical camera. just decrease the sun mulitplier to .01 or lower maybe.

2. use the vray camera and download the ruby called vray toys by thomthom.. you can download it at asgvis.com or sketchucation.com

saan mo inaaply yung materials sa su material editor ba o sa vray material editor? anu yung version ng vray mo?

inaapply ko po ung mat sa vray mat editor.... ung version po. check ko mya. di ko po kc tanda. =).. tnx sir nomer.

Then you wont see it, unless you render it i fou are using the old vray. if you want. apply the material in vray su material editor. sa old one create vray link. but new vray. automatic na may vray material na sya.

if you are applying it at vray material. you ahve to see render see. its frustrating indeed.

sir nomer, vray for rhino po ung nakita ko sa vray version ko.. tapos version 7.0.8657 po ung SU... tnx

how did you manage to work vray for rhino sa sketchup? parang hindi pwede yata.

Sir nomer halimbawa sir yung ginamit kong material is tiles(color red) sa roofing..pero nung narender na sir eh yung red nlng sir ang lumabas....hind na tiles yung itsura sir?pano ba yun maaayus sir?
