musta po mga master? share ko lang eto simple project at maliit din approved na sa owner balcony lang po bali likod nyan may existing na bahay yong roof nga pla nyan polycarbonate... c&c are most welcome..salamat CGP long live..

wala ba talagang poste dun sa tabi ng stair or natakpan lang?....facia board masyadung malapad...malapad pa sa mga columns...
yung sa ilalim sementuhan munarin or put pavement tiles/flooring para dun sa ayaw umakyat at gustung mag inuman sa ilalim (he,he)..sa actual const...put more supports nalang siguro sa roof para hindi ilipad ng hangin pag may bagyo...open na open kasi...

salamat sa comment sir. regarding sa poste sa likod meron yon sir natakpan lang ng stair, facia board 200mm yong truss ko tapos nagpatong ako ng c-purlins kaya medyo lumapad talaga ganyang effect gusto ng owner sir gusto nya kasi open type at magmukhang malaki kapag gumamit nman ako ng na pangkaraniwan medyo magastos sir at mukhang masikip din, sa support nman sa truss sir may nka-embeded yan 16mm dia. anchor bolt tpos sa ibabaw may baseplate ksama na don yong truss...

Nice lighting master, kulang lang sa mga elements...
Structural naman, diba dpat yung beams kelangan i-support yung 2 front columns and 2 rear columns respectively? what's in between them right now is, only truss? sa ngayon you're connecting the front and back columns, e connected and supported na sila ng floor slab beam? if there's seismic force going left to right there's nothing that's holding the columns...
Not really convinced with the design though... pero kung masaya naman may-ari ok na...

salamat sir..pinag-iisipan ko di yan sir kung kaya nba hold ng dalawang truss ko sa taas or maglagay pa ko ng beam between kya lang masisira yong design ko sa harap kasi ma-block nya yong front...any suggestion regarding structural na di maapektuhan yong harap yong column na apat sa taas planted column yan sir nakapatong sa beam? salamat ng marami...
