Proposed balcony

musta po mga master? share ko lang eto simple project at maliit din approved na sa owner balcony lang po bali likod nyan may existing na bahay yong roof nga pla nyan polycarbonate... c&c are most welcome..salamat CGP long live..

Not really convinced with the design though... pero kung masaya naman may-ari ok na...


salamat sir..pinag-iisipan ko di yan sir kung kaya nba hold ng dalawang truss ko sa taas or maglagay pa ko ng beam between kya lang masisira yong design ko sa harap kasi ma-block nya yong front...any suggestion regarding structural na di maapektuhan yong harap yong column na apat sa taas planted column yan sir nakapatong sa beam? salamat ng marami...

Change direction of your floor slab beam, instead of connecting the column front to back, connect the colums side to side (the 2 front and the 2 rear column) instead. and just make sure na properly reinforced, as long na pasok yung seismic computation ok lang though it may look incorrect structurally...
