Health Tips on using Computers for a long period of time

Good day to all, parang lahat tayo dito render ng render, drawing ng drawing. minsan ang iba C.R. and lunch lang ang pahinga,

Minsan nagkita kami ng friend ko, nagtratrabaho siya bilang autocad operator and a renderer napansin ko yung ilalim ng kamay nya namamaga na sanhi seguro sa kaka-computer. kaya nagsearch nalang kami panu to maiiwasan. eto po health tips on using computers for a long period of time lalo na pag daily . ingat lang po tayo sa carpal tunnel syndrome

me kilala rin ako na nagkaroon ng CTS. additional advise is hwag magtipid sa mouse at keyboard. ask your company or buy the equipments with the best ergonomic design. sa US pede mo idemanda employer pag di sila nagprovide ng equipments na pasado sa specifications ng professional bodies nila.

sana nga po ganyan din lahat ng company dito sa atin. at importanti talaga na yung mouse mo ay sakto sa laki ng kamay mo kasi pag-maliit madaling ma-stress yung kamay.

yan din po paniniwala ng mga matatanda kasi po yan daw ang dahilan sa pasma. di man naniniwala ang modern medicine sa pasma, proven na man to ng mga matatanda.

Avoid eating
A study conducted in U.K. showed that people of ages 25 – 40 that took food to munch while using the computer for at least 4 hours a day, gained 10lbs – 15lbs in a span of 1 year.


uh oh.. this is very hard... kce i tend to munch on foods .. roasted ground nuts, muesli at yogurt at madaming kape.. if i ate chocolate at my desk it means i am soooo stressed sa ginagawa ko.. tas ina-allergy na ko nun
