great post sir.. some tweaks lang cguro sa lighting, try not to use a whole chunk of vraylight sa taas ng interior sir, kase masyadong evenly distributed ang light sa walls downto the floor, mas ok kung ang mga spotlights mo lang ang maging main source ng GI, that way mas may depth yung room mo..
