This is a Chimera Hunter, human turned into a monster that hunts his former kind. Chimera Hunters are blind but have extraordinary senses. They use their nose to track down Humans to be imprisoned. Henco may have been turned to this one if he didn't escape.

looks like the alien head to me. With foot nails like that - that would be a pain to run...

Hmm Oo nga medyo kamukha nga ng alien But I guess it was because he's a Chimera and the Head actually has a mask ( of course the other parts on top of it are added later on, as armor) so baka yun, kaya nagmumukhang alien. Thanks for pointing that out I should have said it in the first place that when they're captured and were still humans, a mask is put on them to the point that it is impossible to remove to impair their vision and hinder them from surviving if ever they escaped. Yea mahirap talaga makatakbo ng ganyan hehe, siguro hahaba lang ang mga nails pagcombat mode. Thanks for the crit.
