Madaming naglalarong ideya sa isip ko. Subukan ko muna itong isa.
It's an underwater scene. Caustics and volumetric effects from 3dsmax. Rendered in Mental ray, of course.

wow the best concept niyo sir!!! all out ako sa inyo!!! tiwala ko sa mental ray niyo noon pa, at sa discarte nyo sa mga concepts... Kayo na winner ko sir pixel!!!!
bit of suggestion sir, would it would be interesting to add a scene showing the surface of the water above, giving the viewers a view where the light rays are coming from... hmm galing talaga nito sir... abangan ko steps sa pagkapanalo niyo!!!

Pareho lang tayo nangangapa sa mental ray bro. Nauna lang siguro ako ng ilang hakbang.

About your suggestion, I would consider that. Pero concept kasi ng scene ay isang bagay - fish o submarine, ang nakahanap sa city sa ilalim ng underwater cave. Kung saan ang ilaw ay galing sa araw na duamaan sa isang butas lang sa itaas.

We are extending the competition for 2 more weeks and 3 days.

Extended Deadline is March 25, 2010, US time. So that's 12 noon Philippine Time the next day.

Rules of extension:
1. Only those who have submitted and made a thread on or before March 8, 2010 are qualified to continue.
2. Only those who have made a WIP (work in progress) or a final image on or before March 10, 2010 are qualified to continue.
3. All threads who do not qualify to the first 2 rules will be locked.
4. All lock threads after March 10, 2010 are no longer qualified to continue.
5. Previous rules still apply.

Naku sir, ako natatakot sa wip mo. Tsaka takot na nga ako dahil cityscape abu dhabi, dami kami work ngayon. Baka hindi ko na matapos. Good luck na lang po sa iyo.
