Shades of Gray (UPDATED)
I missed posting here, so i made a quick scene last night, for posting purposes, since i can't post my current projects for public viewing. Did this one last night after dinner.
Trying out some new tricks learned in vray.
Comments are welcome. Thanks.
Here's an update to my render, just for fun, i played with it a bit..thanks to sir mushroom for the vray tips.

overbright seems fine with me.... nangyayari naman yan in real life... cant do this overnight... saludo ako sayo boss..

meron akong reference for that, kaso, not my own work, and i doubt if i can even post the reference here. Yep, overnight, actually natulog na ako sa rendering, na inabot ng 49mins @ a 2400x1200pixel resolution. Dapat sana magrerelax ako, kasi galing akong biyahe, pero nauwi sa 3d.

hi sir,
well for me, its nice to see something new from you and you've even tried to post it although you know that its not perfect...
the color looks nice to me, specially the second image...its good to see pips here na magttry ng something new...i envy you, kc i cant post my works here due to privacy sa publicity ng projects...sna soon mailagay ko din...kya tga silip lng aku for now..hehehe

Plain diffuse, ang idea dyan is, gawin mong .95 sa highlight glossiness value then link mo siya, by clickng the L radio button, and set refl glossines to .75, and adjust your reflection color to RGB 205. angat mo din ang subdivision ng reflection mo, in this scene i set it at 24. As for the lines you see on the tile joints, line lang yan na may renderable spline modifier, set at a very thin thickness, but still can be seen on your render. Hope nakatulong..

Oo..dahil sa console cabinet..sinubukan kong ilagay sa center, sumisikip na yung leg room ng upuan...by the way, trying hard art shot ito bro...ginawa ko last night, trip-trip lang, kahit di kagandahan, basta makapag-post tayo...referee nalang ako dito sa forum talaga..

Thank you very much sir Arkied, I'm having a hard time settings my floor textures (reflectivity) for my interiors practice
you can use that as a guide...add ko lang, check mo rin yung fresnel slot mo sir, or else, magiging mukhang mirror ang material mo..

mas ok bro na wala na yung curtain. para kita ang details ng frames ng glass. minimalist pa ang dating. Render is very good, ibang klase ka na talaga.
