how to import sketchup file to 3dmax file

im the new 3d max user.....easily i am do my 3d model in sketchup ....
but i want to import the sketchup file to 3d max file...
please help me sir...

d ko alam kung panu brad,, d kc ako su user.. pero gnwa ko nun eh linipat ko muna autocad tas import to 3dmax,, w8 nalang ntin mga master bka alam nila
