RECOMMEDED PC Setup for 2010 (CPU only)

Posting a thread,its not new but want a "fresh" thread for this..hope you don't mind.
To serve as guide na rin sa mga newbies like me in building a new rig on a "tight budget".Whats your recommended Processor at mga recommended hardwares nito to achieve its maximum performance. we are talking about CPU only.. @ 25K~30K budget, consisting of Processor+Motherboard+Video card+RAM (Upgradable)+Fan... For 3Dmax. Autocad, Vray Users,and of course can cater graphic games na rin (C.O.D,Battlefield,and the likes..)

"Bang for the buck" set up

Starting with:

Processor: Intel Core i5
Motherboard: ?
RAM: ?
Video Card: ?
Fan: ?
Others: ?

ok thank you ng marami...yung fans pala ng antec 300...sa power supply na ba ikakabit..wala na bang kailangan bilhin na parang spliter ng molex connector para marami iconnect na fans...regards?

my fan na yung casing sir.. di na kau bibili pa ng fan o kaya connector.. . suggest k lang sir. mag i7 na lang po kau. nasa 13750 na ang i7 920 at i7 930. yung mobo naman nasa 8950, MSI na mobo yun sir..

kulang kasi budget..yun nalang cguro unang specs mo...hehehe

Malayo po ba ang difference nila regarding sa performance?

i5-750 = 4 physical cores kasi walang hyper threading...while 15-6xx processors ay may 2 physical cores at 4 virtual processors kasi may hyper threading. ang hyper threading naman e sa bawat 1 physical core na meron ang processor, gumagawa siya ng 2 virtual core.

maganda rin gigabyte na mobo matibay lalo na sa rendering maganda rin mga feature nya. mag i7 kana kung me idadagdag ka konti na lang naman eh! yung ram pwede na 2gig muna saka kana mag upgrade pag me budget uli. ati 5 series graphics prefered ko na bilhin mo kasi direct x 11 sya compatible na ito sa windows 7 lalo na kung 64 bit install mo ma mamaximixed rendering nya. hopefully makatulong sayo. thanks CGP!
