environmet problem

good day CGP. ask ko help nyo about sa background image ko. di sya ma render.ok naman yun glass ko kasi nag try ako maglagay ng brown box to check if transparent yun glass, nakita mo naman sa render yun box kaso pure white na yun box.behind the box dapat makikita ko yun plane with background pero all black lang. any help here? pa comment na din po kung may pwede pa akong dapat ayusin...thanks in advance..

try using VrayLightMtl for your Plane (Background), then attach mo yung bitmap image....

make sure you are not using HDRI sa reflection.
