HELP: buying a computer

my boss wants to buy a new computer for rendering and he wants the best specs daw na available dito sa davao or pde din cguro order sa manila if ever not available yung ibang parts dito. ako po inutusan nyang mgpaquote eh. Mga masters pahingi po ng advise on what processor, vcard, mobo to buy.
